If you knew anything about the way God made Florida you would know how vital gators are to a whole line of life.
If you can't deal with nature just stay in the city.

I grew up in Florida and I’m 73...don’t lecture me on history kid. I live in a gated community, one safe for someone my age...not a stupid swamp. The gators came here to our newly formed ponds, ponds the government made us build for the health of “wildlif.” There were no gators here before because it was all dry land...a tree farm for Union Camp. So we are not “displacing” the poor gators.

There isn't one part of America where man hasn't displaced wild critters. It's not "their" place...it's the place of whoever is the most dominant.
That does not mean we should kill wild critters indiscriminately. But it does mean it's not their place just because they got there first. And when it's a case of them or us, I say we take care of us.
