Maher Rips ‘Deeply Stupid’ PC Liberals, Tells Media Matters to ‘Shut the [snip] Up’

Bill Maher made politically correct liberals the subject of his show-ending new rule tonight, as he’s done before, mocking how worked up everyone got about comments from Dolce and Gabbana about “synthetic” babies. Maher said he’s getting tired of the liberal outrage machine and asked, “What is the point of attacking people who are 95 percent on your side?”

Maher said just like conservatives, liberals have crazies of their own they need to rein in. He brought up the controversy over the Economist cover on Latinos and how Media Matters covered it. The liberal media watchdog called it “a tired trope often used to confine the Hispanic community to oversimplified representation in the media.”

Maher reacted by telling Media Matters to “shut the [snip] up.”

He remarked, “How deeply stupid has the far-left become,” and said liberals just need to stop freaking out about every single little thing that doesn’t 100 percent conform to their worldview.

One of the main goals of libs for the past fifty years or more is to prove that someone who they perceive as racist (or sexist, or homophobic, etc.) causes irreparable damage to the groups or persons they are being racist, or sexist, or homophobic against.

Their argument has been because some lout (like me) makes a sexist joke about some female or females in general, all the rest of the females are unable to function because of the lout's comment. Ditto for racist jokes, homophobic jokes etc. Because some black-hating skinhead exists in one corner of America, some black thousands of miles apart cannot possibly function.

And because there will always be racists, sexists, and homophobes (or some people who just like to make offhand jokes about certain groups), libs will always have their windmills of racism, sexism, homophobia and the like to tilt their lances at. Again, a liberal is a person for whom the glass is always half empty.
