Barry will step down ONLY if the next president is of the sort who will continue to cover-up his crimes (Hillary & Warren are two examples). Otherwise, he’s not going anywhere.
He’ll leave on his own two feet or feet first.
He plans on staying on as dictator and he will cause chaos in order to achieve his goals for the post-american world. We won’t have a constitution and what used to be our country will be given a new name....like Husseinistan or Barackia.
