Nationalities don’t matter. Terrorists have enclaves in most western countries now
This is probably not terrorism though.
Those two items are not mutually exclusive. The former can most certainly be caused by the latter.
True enough. It’s just too soon. Not enough is known yet. Anything at this point is baseless speculation.
CC
Now this does sound like a terror attack.
...
This is a bad article that gets almost everything wrong. The plane was at 38,000 feet, not 28,000 feet for starters. Data is available on Flightaware for anybody who wants to take a look.
I thought perhaps it may have been slow enough to not be noticeable until it was too late. I do admit that I am ignorant on this topic and was merely putting in my two cents worth of speculation.

Among the theories that have been put forward by air safety analysts not involved in the investigation is the possibility that the pilots could have been incapacitated by a sudden event such as a fire or a drop in cabin pressure.
A senior French military official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the investigation was continuing, said that the lack of communication from the pilots during the planes descent was disturbing, and that the possibility that their silence was deliberate could not be ruled out.
What kind of structural failure might occur?
Oh no problem.... I’m ignorant on the topic too. I used to fly every week on business. Very little now. I just always hoped the pilots were paying attention to what was going on... who knows :)
Why?
No doubt they did notice it if that was what happened.
Even better would be for them to notice BEFORE it flew into the ground.
Here’s another source.

LOL
I’m curious if and when people my start noticing the string of Airbus crashes that are remarkably similar. Not just the Airbus 320, others have similar fall or dive without any contact endings. Too many.
the most disturbing thing is that they stopped responding to communication
like malaysian 370 too
Reports were the plane just received an A-check the prior day.
What procedures are involved in an A-check?
They said the nose gear doors had maintenance that delayed departure. Those sit right under the cockpit.
Or an explosion in the E&E bay under the cockpit floor (with 3 access doors on the outside of the aircraft) could take out a lot of things including the pilots, with the aircraft still flying (albeit not automatically).
1. Massive systems failure.
2. Decompression with failure of pilots O2. (A few years ago there was a plane where the pilot’s window blew out and he was partially sucked out. They had to hold on to him to keep him from going all the way out. Somehow he lived.)
3. Unemployed Muslum yoots.
I’m pretty sure that when the plane descends to a certain altitude AGL, Above Ground Level, an alarm sounds in the cockpit; similar to the Stall Alarm that sounds if airspeed falls too slow and a stall is imminent.
Since the descent was reportedly slow and gradual they should have experienced that alarm several minutes before actual crash, and even if there was hanky-panky with the flight attendants going on, there was ample time to quit it and recover the aircraft; which obviously was not done. That’s why I suspect foul play.
Minor.
From 39 Turks to one Turkish-German ...
One German citizen of Turkish descent was on the plane operated by Lufthansa’s Germanwings budget airline that crashed in southern France on March 24 en route from Barcelona to Düsseldorf, killing 150 people, Turkish Foreign Ministry has announced.
In its statement, the ministry denied the report of a Catalan news outlet which earlier claimed that there were 39 Turkish passengers in the plane.
