‘Twould seem that retiring from the senate would raise one’s prestige and respect.
At least, they could then claim that their sleaze, idiocy, and ability to be purchased has declined (somewhat) after leaving the “world’s most corrupt deliberative body”.

I’ve heard that Coats is a RINO traitor. Well, maybe a blow to the GOP-e.
Coats is a Rino douchebag. But the sun coming up in the morning is a blow to Republicans according to the media.
The RINOs are running from accountability (they think).

Why is this a ‘blow’? Sounds like it could open a door to a true Conservative.
Isn’t Mike Pence Governor of Indiana? How are his conservative credentials?
