It’s not Roberts who gets to choose. Boehner and the GOP House get to impeach, while Mitch McConnell and his Senate get to vote to convict. INTERPOL has nothing to do with it. Besides, the Senate Democrats would make the entire thing political and vote based on political gain rather than based on the fact that Obama is the most dangerous threat to our country in all of our history.
Whoever started that rumor apparently has not a clue how the impeachment process works.
