Looks like Ted and crew are going to announce via social media ahead of the speech tomorrow at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. The covocation is typically at 10:00 AM but there is very little information on the Liberty Univ. website.

If this has been posted elsewhere in the thread, ignore me, but here's the live stream from Liberty (Fox says Cruz will speak at 10:25). I'm glad he's getting it done now...I have to go into town later today, and the traffic around Liberty would have been a nightmare.
