Just in from the White House:
President Obama spoke today by telephone with Prime Minister Netanyahu to congratulate the Prime Minister on his partys success in winning a plurality of Knesset seats. The President emphasized the importance the United States places on our close military, intelligence, and security cooperation with Israel, which reflects the deep and abiding partnership between both countries. The President and the Prime Minister agreed to continue consultations on a range of regional issues, including the difficult path forward to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The President reaffirmed the United States long-standing commitment to a two-state solution that results in a secure Israel alongside a sovereign and viable Palestine. On Iran, the President reiterated that the United States is focused on reaching a comprehensive deal with Iran that prevents Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon and verifiably assures the international community of the exclusively peaceful nature of its nuclear program.
Just before the administration sent out this readout, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) was on the Senate floor noting that Obama made calls to Putin, Morsi, Xi, Rouhani, Erdogan, etc., to quickly congratulate those rulers on their victories.”Time and again the president has made a pattern of quickly calling these leaders when they win,” Rubio said.
Netanyahu was quickly congratulated by Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and British Prime Minister David Cameron. Modi even sent a special tweet in Hebrew to his “friend” Bibi recalling their “cozy” New York meeting in September.
מזל טוב ידידי Bibi @Netanyahu אני זוכר את פגישתנו הנעימה בניו יורק בספטמבר האחרון

Lying swine.
Bibi should have said FUBO!
I am sure Bibi could have rolled his eyes several times, but I am confident he was stern and resolute. He is the only adult in the room.
Agreed. Bibi is a mensch.
Obama is about ONE thing, getting Israel wiped off the map so that his Arab buddies can get that caliphate they want
Prime Minister Netanayahu gets SLAMMED by the Left and the New York Times ... AND ... and he gets SLAMMED by the Right and the Israeli papers ... LOL ...
Netanyahus position on being very willing to negotiate with the PA and very willing in forming a Palestinian State has remained the SAME for years ... as he pointed out from his Bar-Ilan speech.
Netanyahu has never been the holdup on forming the Palestinian State, it has been the Palestinian Authority who has been the holdup. They dont want to get the Palestinian State through negotiations with Israel, but they want to get it from it being imposed from the outside without any conditions attached,
Netanyahu Flip Flop: I Want a Two-State Solution [Israel]

Days after vowing not to establish a Palestinian state, Netanyahu says something else in his first post-election interview.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has retracted his pre-election statements, according to which he would not allow a Palestinian state to be established.
I dont want a one-state solution. I want a sustainable, peaceful two-state solution, Netanyahu said Thursday in an interview with MSNBCs Andrea Mitchell. I havent changed my policy.
Netanyahu said his earlier comments were a reflection of changing conditions on the Palestinian side, pointing to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbass pact to form a unity government with Hamas, which Israel, the U.S. and most European countries consider a terrorist organization.
Im talking about what is achievable and what is not achievable, Netanyahu said Thursday, insisting that he would support a demilitarized Palestinian state under a plan that would ensure Israels security.
The Palis couldn’t run a sanitary sewer.
Isn’t this just like a Democrat?
They win and they don’t even advise the Republicans what they are up to until a mega-bill is written and passed.
The Republicans win and they demand shared power.
Here Bibi wins, and Obama takes that as a sign what Bibi ran against is what he should do first thing.
Spoken just like a nine year old Barack.
Obama is a lying sack of sh*t. He has a commitment to a two-state solution that results in a dangerous attacking Palestine alongside a weakened Israel. He is committed to a single-state solution where Israel is destroyed, because he is a muzzie through and through. Hope he is gone before total war breaks out, so an effective leader can take charge (losing hope).
What a pr!ck. Netanyahu should pop him one in the face the next time he sees him. It would be worth it.
Honestly, I would have had someone tell the white hut BiBi was busy...
Not very statesmen like I know. but man, obama would have blown the roof off the white house.
FUBO!
But a big sigh of relief that Bibi won.
