Talk radio host and author of The Liberty Amendments, Mark Levin argued that Obama has more ability to work with dictators and genocidal types than he does with people who are elected democratically based on his dealings with Republicans in Congress and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesdays Hannity on the Fox News Channel.

Well, as a wannabe dictator he is trying to learn from others.
If you take the sum of his policies and actions, I think that we have easily reached the point of high crimes and misdemeanors.
What coalition? WTF?
We're going after toys with 2 million dollar rockets?
He wants to feel superior to SOMEONE!
No duly elected leader on earth has any respect for “O” so who is he supposed to work with?
People often confuse "then" and "than". "Then" refers to the sequence of events: "I'll go to the store then I'll come home." IT often implies a sequence of time.
"Than" is usually a preference indicator; a choice, or an option: "I'd rather go fishing than study." In the headline above, the choice is between dictators and elected officials.

0bama sends agents and political funding to Israel in an effort to oust the sitting prime minister.
and that’s only the highlights from the last few weeks

Actual title does not substitute “then” for “than”.
The lesson to be learned by Obama is that when a sitting President is black and Democrat and commits high crimes and treason, 13 acts of treason that I’ve counted so far - thus my tagline, Congress will do absolutely nothing about it which is about as dangerous as it gets when it comes to the well being of this nation. Every single last one of these pieces of rat filth sitting in Congress are all traitors to this country as far as I’m concerned. They are letting an obvious enemy to this country and to our allies side with and assist our enemies time and time and time and time again and none of them do ANYTHING about it.

Birds of a feather flock together.
It’s a great quote, but Cicero never said it or wrote it. I know this for certain, because I almost included it in a book before checking it out. It’s bogus.

Obama Planning Drastic Shake-Up in Policy Toward Israel

The historic victory for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu this week in a campaign defined by hard-line policies is prompting the Obama administration to consider a major shift in its strategy toward Israel.
The White House on Wednesday suggested it could reverse its decades-old policy of using its veto in the United Nations Security Council to protect Israel. It could refuse to veto resolutions related to the Palestinians or introduce a measure of its own, The Wall Street Journal reported.
The U.S. could also lend its support to a two-state solution based on Israel’s 1967 borders, a senior White House official told The New York Times.
“We’re currently evaluating our approach,” State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said, according to the Journal. “We’re not going to prejudge what we would do if there was a U.N. action.”
The official speaking to the Times said: “The premise of our position internationally has been to support direct negotiations between Israelis and the Palestinians. We are now in a reality where the Israeli government no longer supports direct negotiations. Therefore we clearly have to factor that into our decisions going forward.”

Well take it up with the writer, I had simply posted the article on FR.
No, you re-wrote the title, presumably because it was in all caps.
In so doing, you used “then” where “than” belonged.
Don’t worry about it. You won’t be the last to be taken by a great fake quote. I posted that “Cicero” quote on FR for years, and almost put it on a front page of a novel before deciding to really check it out.
