Shouldn’t it be the other way around? The LOSER has to make the call and concede. I almost had a coronary when I say “Bibi calls...[what’s his name, the Jewish Hopey-Changie dork]”

I’m just posting what they reported, which seems internally contradictory.
Bibi didn't call Herzog (Bibi's chief opponent). He called Bennett, the head of a small right-wing party, to make a coalition deal with him.
