Corruption. This regime is corrupt, all the way to the core. Enforcers are libs who won't investigate or arrest the corrupt libs. The judges are libs who won't rule against the corrupt libs. The "leaders" are libs who take cash from our enemies to enrich themselves and put in place more lib enforcers and judges. This whole Obama regime stinks like the cesspool it is. Please let someone of integrity take down this cesspool so we can enjoy our lives again.
The form only acknowledges that they are complying with the law. Signing it, and not complying would add perjury. But, not complying with the law, even if you didn't know it existed, is still breaking the law.

I bet that signed form is in someone’s safe until it is needed for leverage or an interest free ‘loan’ from the Clinton Foundation.

Unlike Hillary Colin Powell and Condoleeza Rice used .gov servers for their business so the State Dept. had their communications automatically. They may not have signed the form but they weren't withholding any docs.
