He has a lot of years to overcome his initial deficiency.
I knew a woman who had three ultrasounds. The first two said she was having a girl, but the third said a boy, which she had. Can’t depend on ultrasound alone.
And ...
Thought it might have been a puppy from the headline.
Nothing surprises me.
I’m sure a lawsuit is pending. Now they have to replace pink with Blue. Oh wait. This is California. They will sue for Medical Malpractice and emotional hardship.
We were so convinced our baby was a boy I exclaimed at birth, “He’s a girl!”
He may decide once he hits the public school system that he wants to be a girl. Thankfully we no longer rely on the archaic practice of anatomy to determine gender.
My first thought. Lawsuit lottery.
Well, thanks to modern science the boy can be turned into a girl in no time. Break out the Exacto knife!
The poor child. Some insensitive hospital worker denied it the right to choose its own gender identity! The parents should sue for a life of shattered hopes and dreams.
“We were so convinced our baby was a boy I exclaimed at birth, Hes a girl!”
Big as an elephant, but alas...no trunk.
Yep. You cannot tell if it is a girl of boy until it decides at some point later in life. Anatomy be damned.
I never had an Ultra sound when I was pregnant. It wasn’t available in the late 50s or 60s and early seventies. However I always knew if the baby is going to be a boy or a girl. There are certain signs you can go by
Common occurrences. When I saw this story yesterday I wondered why it was news. Have people been so dumbed down that they don't know that ultrasounds aren't exactly reliable in this regard? Had they never encountered anyone who had this experience (your example, or a surprise at birth)? Do the medical techs never mention this anymore?
A suppose a lot of folks out there just want to "Believe".
My son and daughter in law were told by the ultrasound that they were having a boy for their second child, and lo and behold it was a girl! I had gone to the store the Saturday before my granddaughter was born and bought $100.00 worth of blue baby clothes. I just went back to the store and returned them all and bought all pink. And we all love our little Alaina who was going to be little Ethan.
Do they have the money to replace the layette, or are they going to have to introduce him as “my son, the cross-dresser”?
You're supposed to get them all green, orange, yellow and purple!
/s/
I’m glad the parents didn’t decide to name her Ethana.
yea I thought might look like obamma, he is soo screwed up may as well add that too.
