Let me gab my bunk adapter. Take a look in the kitchen area where the food cars are stowed....there is a 6 inch triangular aluminum latch that pivots down to retain the cart in place...
just a 3/16 Allen screw and that puppy comes off...
made for the job for pacifying a miscreant passenger...
just sayin...
