(CNSNews.com) - "I don't think former secretaries are standard employees," State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said at Monday's briefing.
She was responding to questions about Hillary Clinton's OF-109 form, the document that every State Department employee must sign when they leave the agency, certifying that they have "surrendered to responsible officials" all classified, unclassified and other work-related documents in their possession.
Departing employees also must certify that they "understand the criminal penalties relating to U.S. Government records," including the concealment, removal, or mutilation of those records.
As of Monday, the State Department still couldn't say whether former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had signed one of those separation documents.

Can anyone anywhere point to any president/politician who had such a “where there’s smoke, there’s fire” environment as the Clintons? Maybe each one had one scandal while they were in office but one after another and on and on and on even when they have left office? I’ve been around a long time and I can remember small eyebrow raising events but nothing like the stink the Clintons leave behind.....Anyone who believes these people are innocent of any wrongdoing are NUTS!

Just keep a look out for the inevitable announcement on a Friday afternoon or big news day, that OOOOOPPPPss!!! We must have lost the form that Hillary signed.
They will know for a certainty (Like they have with Global warming) that she did in fact sign on the dotted line, but for some odd reason, that file was misplaced somewhere.. and no one can find it..
My bet is that it’ll be this Friday or next in the midst of March madness.
So you plebs, get it through you thick skulls - her highness Hillary came down from the mountaintop of Olympus to sign your insignificant form but now it’s lost forever.

Yes, and she probably had to sign papers when she went onto the State Dept payroll, acknowledging that she would follow all of their procedures and regulations, including any that would be put in place later during her employment there.
