President Obama is under fire from The Washington Post’s fact-checker over a series of recent far-fetched gun claims, including suggesting the country’s homicide rate is higher than that of other industrialized nations “by like a mile.”
The comments, made during a stop in South Carolina last week, earned the president three out of four "Pinocchios" -- the fact-checker's scale for measuring inaccuracy.

Wait a few minutes, Snopes and Polutifact will be along with a 17-paragraph rebuttal full of deflection, obfuscation and qualification.
And, of course, proffer the general statement that the President “didn’t really mean kindergartners can have machine guns” - everyone “knows” that’s facetious.
Th WaPo using a marshmallow shooter at their Messiah. A thousand days late and 8 trillion dollars short.
It is not news that Barack Obama has once again lied about guns.
It IS news that the Washington Post is calling him on it.
Obama and the Republicans and the media have finally ushered the country into an era where what Obama says can be safely unrelated to any and all reality. The more lies he tells, the more credibility he has.
I used to subscribe to the Washington Post Weekly.
About 15 years ago For three weeks in a row there was a supplement paid for by Saudi Arabia extolling how wonderful a paradise it was for all.
I cancelled the weekly knowing they’d become simply a whore.

Legal in Michigan, yep, even in kindergarten.
Wow. It just doesn't seem possible...
I have about as much use for ethnic TV sitcoms as I do for the pseudo-Muslim in the White Hut. However, there was one such show many years ago where Mama Jefferson asked the burning question;
"Do you know how to tell when a black man is lying?"
"His lips are moving!"
Mama J knew her stuff.
Wow, they must have lost a ton of little toddlers there in MI!
Anyone that has a CCW permit can open carry in any public school. Obviously the students aren’t old enough to get a permit, but their parents are. Parents do attend school functions wearing holstered firearms. Liberals freak out but there’s nothing they can do about it.
Voting booths are often set up in schools, election days sees many bearing arms at the polls.
The Black Pampers with billy clubs don’t scare anyone away here!
But you must of lost a lot of toddlers to gun deaths from shooting if there are that many guns around. What was the body count last year? ;>)

Just because the man Hates Liberty and freedom and would do anything to destroy it doesn’t mean the man would Lie about it would he?
The Washington Post is changing on the issue of the second amendment and guns since they were purchased by Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon.
Bezos is the sole owner. The Post’s owners thought that he was their political twin and heir; but he has proved to have a surprizing liberterian streak.
