I think I found the flaw in thier system.
There used to be jobs in Ferguson. Now there will be job training but nowhere to work. I would not open a store there, nor would I hire someone from an area that unstable.
A store that once paid taxes and provided rmployment and a service to the community is taken from the tax rolls and turned into another government scam “training” the same moochers and looters who destroyed the store for jobs that don’t exist.
