The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) tried to hide an email about its fear of upsetting the White House from Freedom of Information Act requests by the Associated Press, the AP reported Friday.
Associated Press president Gary Pruitt reported in an op-ed on government transparency that, during the course of an AP investigation into Michelle Obama’s dresses, NARA used a privacy exemption to redact a line in an email that was actually about the agency’s fear of the White House:
As the president said, the United States should not withhold or censor government files merely because they might be embarrassing.
But it happens anyway.

I really doubt very much that the AP will change much.
Several years ago, someone posted a side-by-side picture of Big Foot and Moochie. The Big Foot photo was taken from the well-known Patterson video. The shot of Moochie was taken as she was walking on stage. The walking shot of Big Foot and Moochie matched in gait, arm swing, etc.
The dress Moochie was wearing in her photo was photoshopped onto Big Foot. The likeness was amazing, and very funny. I wish now that I had kept a copy of it as I have searched online for it over the years, and have never been able to find it. If anyone still has that particular photo comparison, could they please re-post it?

Nope. That’s the Big Foot photo, but in the comparison I’m talking about, Big Foot has Moochie’s floral dress photoshopped onto it, and the photo of Moochie shows her walking across the stage wearing the same floral dress.
