I would not have even known that this was Bristol if I just saw the picture. She doesn’t look anything like I remembered - has she had surgery?

There was a story that she had surgery to correct some condition with her jaw or chin - some cynics did suggest it was cosmetic surgery. It changed the shape of her face.
That was my first reaction too. Whoever did it was very good. She looks terrific.
