Most folks forget that the single biggest reason that Russia and Iran get along is that the North/South Iran railroad is Russia’s main southern supply line. It’s been that way for half a century, having started in WW II. Russia would do nothing that would put that rail line in danger, especially make a target out of it. If you look closely you’ll note than none of Iran’s Nuke Facs are located really close to that line. They have to use it to deliver heavy hardware but they are set off a ways.
Its so obvious but no one has figured it out. Monday will be the announcement of a nuke deal with iran. Russia will be a guaranteeor of the treaty, US will send kerry to sign, big event will be in red square. Obama will make this a worldwide event everywhere but here so that public outrage will be limited and congress will buckle under.
