I thought all government communications were considered classified, especially at the Secretary of State level.
So all communication going through Clinton’s own server was both not secured and were violations of law.
There is no way in God’s green earth that the email was non-classified when passing between the SOS and others.
There is also the issue of any work product also developed on Clinton’s personal non-government computers.
The Constitution can be looked upon as a Form restraining government officials from becoming oppressive, a form within which the three branches operate. What we are seeing by the election of the creature in the White House and the candidacy and ultimate election of Hillary is the rise of formless powers who are bound only by their own will. These people are dangerous for our type of government.
