The Obama administration will soon find itself in court having to explain to federal judges why it never told anyone former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton used a secret email address, potentially spoiling dozens of open records requests, experts said Wednesday. And Mrs. Clinton could face up to three years in prison per message if she is found to have broken her word and handled classified information on the secret account, one open records expert told The Washington Times.
The legal challenges have already begun, with The Associated Press filing a federal lawsuit saying the State Department has foiled five years worth of requests for Mrs. Clintons emails, but never told them or the court that she kept her own server meaning that her emails werent being searched. Meanwhile, the White House tried to keep Mrs. Clinton at arms length, insisting she alone can answer questions about what she did, and saying that none of Mr. Obamas aides were involved in helping her decide which emails to turn over to the State Department and which to delete.
Mrs. Clintons office remained silent a day after the former first lady and potential 2016 presidential candidate held a press conference admitting she kept a private email server out of convenience, belatedly went through and found public records among her emails and then deleted nearly 32,000 emails she and her lawyers deemed private.

What difference does it make????
Bwahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never happen!!
There is no way Clinton is going to jail, ever, for anything.
Three years for each? 3x 30 000 is a long time
Didn’t she break some election law a while ago and even though she was guilty of it, they gave her a slap on the wrist?
Here is what it is and how it plays out. 0bama’s handlers have decided they don’t want Hillary in the White House. So she is getting torpedoed. Her campaign implodes as all support dries up. She announces she will withdraw her candidacy in time for everyone to rally around the new candidate, probably Elizabeth Warren. And there will be no further investigation, criminal and otherwise. The Clintons get to keep their millions in foreign bribes, and 0bama’s complicity is covered.
She's toast. She signed the exit form described in this story:

Here's the form:

THE PARTY'S OVER!
On Hannity tonight: Hill turned over 110 reams of printed paper to State, 55000 pages. Who could possibly have handled a print job that big? Kinko’s? I doubt it. She had records in electronic form and converted them to printed form to obstruct any timely examination.
Also, who paid for the server? I doubt if the Clinton’s paid for it, they were tight enough to deduct Bill’s worn underwear, given to a Thrift, on their tax return. If it turns out that the State Department paid for it then it is the property of the US Government.
Of all the things that would never happen, that one is at the very top of the list. The system will never allow it's top level functionaries to ever be personally responsible for their actions.
Neither she nor BHO had enough signatures of qualified voters to be on the ballot of St Joseph County- South Bend- Notte Dame in Indiana during the primary. With that in mind O won the vote in the fall ( out of state students voting in Indiana
This would mean that neither the President, nor his aides, nor anyone else in the Cabinet ever emailed Hillary Clinton in her official capacity. Because it would be quite obvious to them that her email address is not on the .gov server, and everyone got trained on this issue.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but your major premise assumes a minor premise false to fact. Some e-mail clients will *not* show the full electronic address in the "From:" and "To:" fields of a composed e-mail when the address is in their address book. Ditto for received e-mail.
So they may have seen "HR Clinton" as the address, without seeing the electronic version.
With the currant MSM, any radical leftist who does not offend their fellow travelers could throw babies in a log chipper on prime time TV and still get elected.
The chances of Hillary ever facing charges are about the same as the chances of Obama getting impeached, convicted by the Senate, and frog marched out of the White House.
Hillary could get caught in bed with a live girl and a dead boy and it would all get blamed on those damned right wing Tea Party nuts.
The Ghost of Nixons past! Ain’t Karma a b*tch?!
It’s a toothless law. The people and the National Archive desire that all paperwork be archived. The problem in running any 100+ outfit is that it generates a large amount of trash. We have tons of data in NASA archives that are out of date. I have never seen a key punch reader in person yet they have reels of paper tape. Unless they can get her on RICO or a Title violation then she will get by.
Maybe they’d let her plead and then serve concurrently. :)
Good point. I tried to go back and delete five year old emails to clear some room on my computer/server and it was tedious so I quit.
