Fedgov catching up to reality. A jury in FL recently refused to convict a person growing 46 plants for longstanding anorexia. It took them 30 minutes to acquit.
They didn't order from Domino's because by the time the pizza arrived, the case would have been over!

People have used MJ for 6,000 years or more.
In the US it only became an issue when “refer madness” was produced, which by the way only had to do with “negro music and white women enjoying it, 1930s or so., before that no one cared.
