Then my second thought was WTF? The new Director Clancy can’t get these klowns under control? Its a disgrace to our country. It ticks me off beyond belief. There should be zero tolerance for this crap. I mean one time and you are gone.

If I was Barry I would 911 Gavin DeBecker at this point. I can’t believe I actually feel sorry for the guy but no President of the US should be protected by a bunch of drunks. Its beyond Ridiculous.

By the way, this is exactly what "Patches" Kennedy pulled off a few years ago. Used to stumble out of the Hawk & Dove and drive around DC in his jive-ass Mustang completely wasted, still couldn't figure out what the heck was goin' on when he passed the Treasury department and wanted to take a "right" on Pennsylvania Avenue but hey aren't those bollards-CRASH!...
