Yea, well, John eff’n Kerry is not a Secretary of State of any note, more like a Nevel Chamberlain.

"This is not a speech" as he turns the page.
What a jackass!

Incredible that the democrats wanted to elect him to the presidency.
Now, that is truly scary, bested only by the thought of Gore or Biden being there.

Seeing John-boy in Congress always brings to my mind the swimming pool scene in “Caddie Shack”.

Senator Corker should have pointed out that Kerry himself has a history of undermining US foreign policy and asked about his meetings with the North Vietnamese while we were at war.

He’s mad (just as Obama is) because the GOP Senators cut the ground out from under them, in these negotiations! ... :-) ...

He said “he never heard of anyone doing anything like this.” By implication, he means anything as bad as that. How about meeting with the enemy as a known propaganda move, designed to cause America to lose a war where 50,000 Americans were killed?

I see nothing in black and white in the Constitution that gives the president authority to negotiate the foreign policy of the United States. With the Senate he makes treaties. With the Senate he appoints ambassadors. With the Senate he appoints department heads.
Does anyone see anything else?
