Unless Fauxahontas Warren or some other reliably far left liberal decides to run, the media will continue to protect Hillary. The only reason this is being covered by the media now is so that it will be "old news" by the time Hillary officially announces her candidacy.
At this point, there is direct evidence that she did not follow the LAW on the use of personal emails. This is a felony.
It is likely that she broke the law in regards to security and handling of sensitive material.
It is likely that she has deliberately broke the law by destroying evidence.

If Trey Gowdy does NOT make efforts to put Clinton IN PRISON, then he is enabling this behavior and is complicit.
Gowdy has indicated that he WILL have her testify on the matter and WILL subpoena the server. This is good. This is the right first step.
On this point, there is no gray area. I am demanding that the GOP follow through with judicial ACTIONS. My faith in Trey Gowdy hangs on how he handles this issue. At present I have a favorable view of Trey Gowdy and believe he will uphold both the letter and the intent of the law.
