I have several email accounts and I’ve never had any problem accessing them from my work device. The need for two phones is just blowing smoke.

I too have one of these magical phones which allow me to have multiple e-mail accounts. Before I retired I could even access my company to read and respond to e-mails through it's server (which I would do for any work-related mail).
