I wonder what the chances are of the full circuit court overturning his stay? To me it would seem like a hard case to make for the Justice Dept.
All the judge is asking for is time to review the 26 state case and wants no non reversible actions implemented until he has had time to work on his decision.
Won’t matter. King Obie will do ANYTHING he wants as long as nobody (i.e. our spineless Congress) does anything to stop him.
But what can a judge do? Hold them in contempt of court and fine them? We already know Obama holds the courts in contempt.
