There was at least 1 all-black fraternity when I was OU thirty years ago (as well as a Black Student Union). Don’t know about nondiscrimination policies.

I’m not sure who’s on campus now but I did see Alpha Phi Alpha listed here: http://www.ou.edu/content/studentlife/get_involved/student_organizations/rsos.html

Thanks for your reply. This story is getting legs. Megan Kelly is featuring it right now on FoxNews and interviewing a ‘concerned’ black OU student. She didn’t ask him if he was in Alpha Phi Alpha or any other black fraternity and if so, what nondiscrimination policies does your fraternity enforce. I don’t do FaceBook or Tweet, otherwise I’d send Kelly one to give this issue a ‘fair and balanced’ look.

I’m going to go to her website to see if I can send her an email.
