To be a reporter in Louisiana, the requirements are:
(1) be a really stupid person.
(2) having flunked Math and barely made it through school.
(3) must be able to prove that they are extermely liberal and have no common sense.
(4) being a card carrying member of the Communist Party or PETA helps. It also helps to have been in violent demonstrations against such things as the destruction of earth worms in California or Oregon.
