'It's already happening, more of less, in the case of civil rights laws'
ansas secretary of state said during a radio program this week that it is unlikely but possible that President Barack Obama will order a moratorium on the prosecution of all African-American criminals.
During The Kris Kobach Show on Sunday night, a caller speculated Obama will exercise prosecutorial discretion in ordering that black criminals arent to be prosecuted in U.S. courts.
Word is going to come down that there just wont be any prosecutions of black criminals, and I can see it happening. I dont think Im nuts for envisioning it, the caller said.
Well, its already happening, more or less, in the case of civil rights laws, Kobach responded. So I guess its not a huge jump. I think its unlikely but, you know, Ive learned to say with this president never say never.
Kobach was referring to a voter intimidation case in Philadelphia in November 2008. Two members of the New Black Panther Party, King Samir Shabazz and Jerry Jackson, were accused of shouting racial slurs and threats to voters outside a polling station. The charges against Shabazz were later narrowed and the charges against Jackson were dropped by the Department of Justice, leading to accusations by conservatives that Attorney General Eric Holder had mishandled the case.
The caller on Kobachs program said Holders handling of the case was evidence of a larger plot to stop prosecution of all black criminals.
Weve already seen it from Eric Holder in his failure to prosecute the Black Panthers who, a strong case could be made, there was certainly enough to charge them with voter intimidation, but that case didnt go anywhere because the attorney general elected to ignore it, the caller said.
Well, he did more than ignore it, Kobach responded. He basically made it true, and gave us a clue, through various public statements that the civil rights laws were only to protect minority races and he was not going to be enforcing them to the benefit of white people who are discriminated against on the basis of their race.
The caller also said Obamas recent directives on immigration were evidence of his imminent announcement regarding African-American defendants.
Thats interesting, Kobach said.
Kobach hosts his radio program each Sunday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on KCMO 710, which is broadcast in the Kansas City area. Kobachs comments on the show have made headlines in the past, most recently in November when a caller said minority races are overtaking the U.S. in a trend that could lead to ethnic cleansing.
Kobach responded by saying Obama disregards the rule of law when it suits his interest.
I still dont think its going to happen in America, Kobach said regarding ethnic cleansing, but I have to admit things are strange and theyre happening.

I am 63, and I listened to that stuff when it as “new”.
I have had, and I still have, a lot of musician friends,
and that can not agree on how he made some of those sounds.
Some of it was studio backwards-recording but some of it was just plain awesome.
(I guess that means you don’t like the chank-a-chank?)
Same age, 63. Have you ever seen the Steve Allen show he did in 1863 where he played the bicycles? He could have been a standup comedian. It’s hilarious.

>> Obama will halt prosecutions of all black criminals
No disclaimers, no reports of heart attacks... to the contrary, the thread is quite calm.
Is Obama nuts, yes. But lets not be paranoid. People are going so crazy they talk about a 3rd term ect. Obama is not going to pardon all those people nor is he going to have a 3rd term. The next congress and President will dismantle what little he has actually done. No fear.
“.................President Barack Obama will order a moratorium on the prosecution of all African-American criminals.”.......
I would suggest this should NEVER be allowed to happen. In Minneapolis, NOT disciplining black students the same a other races is now the order of the day so simply the blacks get a free pass. Consequently, they are creating the future criminals by giving them freedom to do as they choose because of their race. Idiots running the asylum! The day will come when these same people will pay a severe price for said stupidity.
“The next congress and President will dismantle what little he has actually done.”......
What LITTLE damage he has done? Odumbo has done a LOT of damage to this country and particularly along racial lines. ANY future president or congress will have their hands full trying to undo said damage. They damn well better do it or they will be on the street, looking for new jobs.
“When the government refuses to protect the people from criminals, or worse, joins with the criminals against the people, vigilantism results.”
In effect, by refusing to prosecute black criminals, Obama is encouraging armed citizens to summarily execute them during the commission of a felony crime. No more “running them off”, “holding them for the police”, or “shooting to wound”, but just to shoot until they are dead.
Importantly, the police will back the citizenry on this, and they, too, will begin to regularly execute criminals, knowing that they will not otherwise be prosecuted.
Not a huge jump, just a huge box of batsh*t crazy.
Fortunately Obama doesn’t control a significant part of the real ‘criminal justice system’ that almost entirely the domain of State & local governments.
If Obama were Mayor or Sheriff(in most western states) such an order might mean something in his one town or country.
