'It's already happening, more of less, in the case of civil rights laws'
ansas secretary of state said during a radio program this week that it is unlikely but possible that President Barack Obama will order a moratorium on the prosecution of all African-American criminals.
During The Kris Kobach Show on Sunday night, a caller speculated Obama will exercise prosecutorial discretion in ordering that black criminals arent to be prosecuted in U.S. courts.
Word is going to come down that there just wont be any prosecutions of black criminals, and I can see it happening. I dont think Im nuts for envisioning it, the caller said.
Well, its already happening, more or less, in the case of civil rights laws, Kobach responded. So I guess its not a huge jump. I think its unlikely but, you know, Ive learned to say with this president never say never.
Kobach was referring to a voter intimidation case in Philadelphia in November 2008. Two members of the New Black Panther Party, King Samir Shabazz and Jerry Jackson, were accused of shouting racial slurs and threats to voters outside a polling station. The charges against Shabazz were later narrowed and the charges against Jackson were dropped by the Department of Justice, leading to accusations by conservatives that Attorney General Eric Holder had mishandled the case.
The caller on Kobachs program said Holders handling of the case was evidence of a larger plot to stop prosecution of all black criminals.
Weve already seen it from Eric Holder in his failure to prosecute the Black Panthers who, a strong case could be made, there was certainly enough to charge them with voter intimidation, but that case didnt go anywhere because the attorney general elected to ignore it, the caller said.
Well, he did more than ignore it, Kobach responded. He basically made it true, and gave us a clue, through various public statements that the civil rights laws were only to protect minority races and he was not going to be enforcing them to the benefit of white people who are discriminated against on the basis of their race.
The caller also said Obamas recent directives on immigration were evidence of his imminent announcement regarding African-American defendants.
Thats interesting, Kobach said.
Kobach hosts his radio program each Sunday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on KCMO 710, which is broadcast in the Kansas City area. Kobachs comments on the show have made headlines in the past, most recently in November when a caller said minority races are overtaking the U.S. in a trend that could lead to ethnic cleansing.
Kobach responded by saying Obama disregards the rule of law when it suits his interest.
I still dont think its going to happen in America, Kobach said regarding ethnic cleansing, but I have to admit things are strange and theyre happening.
All but decreeing it, with his selective busybody approach.
Mark Levin gives callers like this about 2 seconds before he hangs up on them and for good reason. Even Art Bell wouldn’t allow this kind of crazy.
Even Obama does not actually state this. He only lets his administration’s track record do the talking.
80% - 90% of crimes blacks commit are against other blacks. Just sayin’.
I’ve been saying for several years now that he will pardon every “person of color,” LGBTTQQFAGPBDSM, homeless, paedophile, drug user and illegal immigrant before he leaves office.
A hands off policy resembles how the mob intimidates local police from touching their members. Of course, Zer0 did have mob connections while in Chicago. The Black Gangster Disciples comes to mind.
The BGDs are small time punks, being used for now by a big time huckster until they cease to be useful. Then they will be duly thrown beneath the bus.
Let’s not go completely off the rails. There’s no political advantage in doing anything like this and Obama is all about politics.... Always.
Political advantage today depends on what an increasingly crazy liberal body politic wants.
It used to be that conservative sentiment would rein in the worst. Now with Gay America that presumption has gone right out the window.
Why do most elected Republicans seem to play right into Obama’s hands. For the White House it must be like playing poker with your opponents hand showing. I hope this Kobach guy gets something from Obama for his trouble.
You don’t think there’s any “political advantage” to freeing and might I add, restoring totally the civil rights of tens of millions of blacks and others? You don’t think that that wouldn’t lock-in those people and their families for the Left for generations to come? Remember, a pardon means voting, gun, civil and all other rights completely restored as if nothing ever happened in the first place. Many of those folks could now work in security, law enforcement, finance, government, military, medical, security clearance and other sensitive jobs. Instant voters, instant gun owners, instant boost to their militancy, etc.
I already believe many counties with high black populations often sentence white criminals to shockingly harsher terms in an attempt to pad their statistics that they submit to the Feds.
I can’t prove it, but I have seen it with my own eyes. Let’s just say if you’re white and you do something bad enough to go to prison for it, you are going to be there a long time if its in a county that locks black folks up day in and day out.
already there are policies that black "boys" are not to be disciplined in school...
blacks are excused constantly....
let me just say this...there may not be a policy forbidding prosecuting blacks, but there will be policies making a lot of their crimes not crimes...rape, assault, etc....because you know, they just have some much rage in them they have to let it out..
You mean crimes like lying under oath about your criminal friend having his hands up when the Police Shot him will go unpunished? Even if it leads to major rioting and millions of losses in property damage? That’s just crazy talk!

The “obamalaw” thing that was on FR the other day was recommendations on how police departments can do better. BUT - the first and primary thing the committee came up with was that the “problem” (the committee was a result of Ferguson, etc.) wasn’t so much the police departments, but the overall Justice System of the USA.
Just sayin.
