4. A prohibition on deadlifts, clean and jerks, snatches, thrusters, extreme bodyweight workouts, burpees, pullups, and other real exercises; workout routines such as CrossFit and p90x are banned by name.
5. You can’t even breathe heavy
6. Set down a dumbbell hard or breath too heavily and an alarm goes off. Also don’t sweat too much in the free weight area.
7. Sponsors “The Biggest Loser” but 90% of the exercises on the show would get you kicked out of Planet Fitness...
