3) Pilot error i.e. failure to properly employ the anti-skid system or thrust reversers or improper position of the thrust levers.
Weather is a factor, although all planes made it without incident nationwide, for weeks of winter weather.
Another choice would be to get a good RCR reading and then land on speed at a proper touchdown point.
