A Tea Party lawmaker erred last week when he filed a handwritten complaint against the judge who permitted Texas' first same-sex marriage. State Rep. Tony Tinderholt, R-Arlington, a veteran groom with five marriages under his belt, called out the wrong judge and made a flawed assertion of Texas law

The Texas non-recognition of same sex marriage is being challenged in court by two lesbians who got married out of state and are seeking a Texas divorce.
More faggotry from the Houston Comical.
I predict Houston will become the first major city to have no daily newspaper at all.
This isn’t on their opinion page so I guess the Chronicle has given up all pretenses of its “news” pages being anything other than a propaganda arm of the Democrat Party and the Liberal Cause of the Day.
I dunno, he seems like the wrong person to be talking about marriage in any form...
But at least he supports traditional marriage. </sarcasm>
More experienced than most ! ( ; )
“Veteran groom” did make me snicker.
Alinsky tactics:
RULE 4: Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules. If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules.
RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.
Dylan Baddour is not smart enough to understand the meaning of “Tea Party”, yet he eagerly trots it out as an epithet.
He doesn’t have a clue about what the “Tea Party” stands for, but he is certain that whatever it is, he is against it.
He fancies himself to be a “Global news junkie, drought and environment specialist”, when in truth he is little more than a fatuous, uninformed, knee-jerk leftist political operative who is irrationally proud of his own cluelessness.
Five marriages? As an Orthodox Christian, I’ll call the last two pseudo-marriages along with what he’s objecting to. If you can’t make marriage work in three tries, you really ought to consider a monastic profession.
You mean like a Three Strikes Law?
How embarrassing to have this clown representing real marriage. Heck even he feels marriage is a joke. Get someone better to represent us NOW!
And this is what is known as an “Ad Hominem” attack.
Yea, I guess Orthodox canon law concerning marriage is a sort of three-strikes law (though it predates baseball by a good millenium plus). Actually, the rites for second and third marriages are increasingly penitential, and some of the Fathers regard third, and even second, marriage as tolerated concubinage, permitted by the Church only as a condescension to human frailty, rather than proper marriage.
Hopefully, when Algore’s ice caps melt, Houston will be entirely underwater. That joint is a loony bin.
“And this is what is known as an Ad Hominem attack.”
That is the only thing Liberals know how to do and do everything to avoid the real issues.
They will persecute this Republican for being married five times, but would never condemn Elizabeth Taylor for being married eight times.

Or condemn Michael Moore for dodging unions in making his movies...
Or condemn Al Gore for all his airline flights when he would have a lower CO2 footprint from digital Skype Conferences, yes, you are emitting less by using the internet to transmit your words remotely.
Or condemn Bill J. Clinton for pretending he didn’t sign a deregulation on banks, and says that the Republicans made him do it. A total B.S. excuse considering he had the right to veto it if he wanted...
Or condemn John Kerry for getting his facts totally wrong on who the Prime Minster of Israel was when we went to war with iraq (Ariel Sharon, not Benjamin Netanyahu)
Or condemn people for scaremongering on those who have 99.99 percent unlikely to ever kill another fellow American at all...
Yeah, the left loves to scaremonger, and it sounds good when you let them define reality, but when your reality isn’t theirs, it’s as absurd as can be.
