Maintain:
Funding for UW, K-12 education, public radio and TV;
DNR staff positions and the regulatory authority of the Natural Resources Board; and
The stewardship fund and environmental grants.
Eliminate:
$220 million for a new Milwaukee Bucks arena; and
Statewide subsidies for K-12 private schools.
Reduce:
Wisconsins massive prison industrial complex. Consider Minnesotas policy.
Accept:
$300 million of federal grant money for Medicaid expansion.

He’s on target and message. Impressive. He’s an executive machine with good sound political sense. He’s limiting government in the right direction and when you here him describe his programs you are reminded of the parable of giving a man a fish and teaching a man to fish and you can see that the progressives only offer rotten fish.
