I live in MA where people are strange. I have had conversations with people recently -- about how the country has changed, about how Obama is not like other presidents (ignoring congress, executive orders, insulting the country while abroad, etc), and also about the odd use of science and statistics with no basis in truth. I say "It's all very weird, isn't it?"

And people say to me: "What re you talking about?? Nothing has changed. It's all perfectly normal, and everything is just the way it always was."

How about when our “government” blockaded sidewalks in DC and highway pullovers across America so people couldn’t LOOK at our national monuments?

How about when armed park service police kept frightened tourists confined inside Yellowstone Lodge so they couldnt go outside and look at the scenery and armed NPS thugs blocked a child from getting up beside the statue of Lincoln in that open air monument?

Is that the America you remember?
