My recollection is the Clinton people wanted some form of internet control back in the 90’s and wanted to create legislation to do it and never got very far.

2. The FCC and Obama don't have the authority to just pass 300 pages of laws/regulations to implement net neutrality on the Internet. Only Congress can pass laws.
3. net neutrality is just socialism/marxism/communism
4. We should file lawsuits to put an emergency stop on the FCC to save the Internet
5. The 3 democrats on the FCC voted to pass these 300 pages of net neutrality tyranny. the 2 Republicans voted no and wrote a dissent. who made these 3 unelected low level democrat bureaucrats the Supreme court and Congress all in one?

This is a marxist plan to not only ruin free speech on the Internet but all information so that the individual is kept small and the economy ruined. Actually, the FCC did post a document about new Net Neutrality regulations, got a gazillion public comments, then claimed they were modifying the proposed regs due to the public comments.

However, because they refuse to post the voted-on-and-approved regs, we do not know what changes they made to what was posted for public comment.
