“In Alabama, the Republicans will always win”
I used to live in Hunstsville / Decatur. The current crop of republicans are Old Democrats who changed party.
There are a few outstanding Republicans, Sen. Seccions, Supreme Court Judge Roy, but after that it is mostly identical to here in Texas.
We do have Sen. Cruz and Lt. G’nor Patric
I know Rocklobster, your brain fried a long time ago. Maybe if you pulled up someone else’s lobster trap, they would put you out of your misery
Larri, we actually own this place, but we act like a bunch of white rabbits in a cage.
My impressions on an hour of my beautiful Sunday spent watching the clown show:
Scott Walker was great. He parried Wallace’s gotcha questions easily. I particularly enjoyed his taking apart Wallace’s idiotic jab about not being a fiscal conservative because of a so-called $2 billion projected deficit. Walker pointed out that was just requests by the agencies and that HIS budget will lead to a surplus as it has in all his other years. Egg-on-face for Wallace for not doing even minimal fact-checking with his accusation.
Walker’s answer on amnesty was also good. He admitted he changed his mind after seeing our experience under Obama the last years.
My main man is still Ted Cruz but Walker is also a good choice.
The story was trying to drum up a controversy about Republicans trying to replace Boner. But the story includes this:
“But there is no formal plot to overthrow Boehner, said Rep. John Fleming, a founding member of the House Freedom Caucus, the conservative group at the center of the opposition. Instead, he said the controversy is purely ***media-driven***.
“I have my differences with the speaker at times, both on tactics and on policy,” Fleming said. “But we elected him speaker for two years, and there’s no discussion or talk, among conservatives at least, about trying to remove him.”
“There’s no plan right now that I know about,” added Rep. Walter Jones, who voted against Boehner earlier this year.
[end quote from story]
Nunes is a shite but this is typical leftist media working for the RATS and trying to stoke up divisions among conservatives.
The ones over 70 year old, yes, but not the younger.
I first voted for Ronald Reagan in the 1976 primary, but then voted for Jimmy Carter in the general because I hated the RINO Gerald Ford. I learned my lesson that year and have voted Republican ever since. I say I can probably speak for most people from here who my age, and I'm 57.
1976 was a full generation ago. The Southern white democrat is extinct.
And maybe you should stop re-feeding.
That’s whaat rabbets. Jus look in the mirra.
Watt rabbets?
My main man is still Ted Cruz but Walker is also a good choice.
I'm switching to Walker. While I think Cruz speaks the issues better, I am heartfelt sick of the fact that he was born in Canada, and like Obama does not fulfill the true meaning of a natural born citizen. I know the arguments, but failing to hold him to the standard we want to hold to Obama wiould just be hypocritical.
The ones gettin’ messages from Warshington! They programmed!
Attaboy Larri!
Cruz for Chief Justice.
Laura Ingraham is ball of fire. She easily handled the four other leftists on the ABC panel and refuted their DNC talking points.
Ok Ruth Bader Ginsburg you want an all female supreme court. Here are
my nominees
Laura Ingram - Chief Justice
Jeanine Pirro
Ann Coulter
Kimberly Guilfoyle
Judge Judy
Meghan Kelly
Thank you! This is the best analysis I’ve seen this morning.
I agree. I like Cruz but I maintain the best presdential candidate would have executive experience as a governor. Walker fits that requirement.
But it’s still too early to go 100%. I still want to see what develops and if anyone else gets into the race.
Wallace has become so “obvious” in his gotcha type questions, that Walker was able to get his point across and not rise to the bait. I thought Walker did a terrific job today. Wallace was nasty.
Which is exactly why he would make a good candidate. He knows how to circumnavigate the RATagandists.
Can you imagine what the Establishmedia would be doing to that Blonde Bimbo if her last name were Palin?
Who is the President’s spokesman on Face the Nation? As expected he is being a clone of Cwis Mathews.
