NATIONAL HARBOR, Md.Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker electrified the CPAC conservative audience on Thursday afternoon by asserting the victories he has achieved in his home state can be achieved on a national level.
...Today in Washington, we have a president who thinks we grow the economy by growing Washington,...We believe in an America that is growing the economy in cities and towns all across America.
.....true freedom and prosperity does not come from the mighty hand of the government,..It comes from empowering people to live their own lives and to determine their own destinies..."
...there is a reason we celebrate the Fourth of July instead of April 15, because in America we celebrate our independence from the government not our dependence upon the government.
.....Today, the test scores of the students in our state are the second best in the country. Our graduation rates and our reading scores are up over the past four years, because we put the power back into the hands of the taxpayers and the people they elect to run their school boards....
...We were a state that was taxed and taxed and taxed. After four years as governor, Im proud to say weve reduced the tax burden by nearly $2 billion,..by 2016, homeowners in the state will be paying less in property taxes than they paid in 2010.
...Weve led the way with lawsuits to get regulatory reform,...We defunded Planned Parenthood and signed pro-life legislation...In Wisconsin, you now need a voter ID to cast a ballot.......

As W found out, DC is a morass where the GOPee can’t or won’t do squat.
Right now I think he da man.
Certainly, if you’re one of 20+ million illegals here currently, a family member of a current illegal who wants to come here via chain migration, or even just another low-skill Latin American who wants to come here legally via open borders, Walker is “da man”.
They’re going to pound him for putting ISS and 100,000 union protesters in the same sentence but Walker told CNN...
Let me be perfectly clear, Walker told CNN after the speech. Im just pointing out the closest thing I have to handling a difficult situation, was the 100,000 protesters I had to deal with. Theres no analogy between the two other than difficult situation.

Which was better I think than what his spokeperson put out:
....Governor Walker believes our fight against ISIS is one of the most important issues our country faces, said his political action committee communications director Kirsten Kukowski. He was in no way comparing any American citizen to ISIS. What the governor was saying was when faced with adversity he chooses strength and leadership. Those are the qualities we need to fix the leadership void this White House has created.
"Theyre going to pound him for putting ISIS and 100,000 union protesters in the same sentence but Walker told CNN..."
Fiorina is just a cheerleader with a big mouth
I’d go for Cruz/Palin ticket
Would be nice if he succeeds as the US needs all the help it can get after this (m)uslim loving, Marxist disaster currently occupying the white hut leaves. Just lets hope that this boy wonder hasnt run the US too far in the ground and is still salvageable by the time he leaves
Fiorina to Clinton: Flying is an activity, not an accomplishment
liking a person doesn’t mean they are presidential material.
Watch the video.
I’m not wasting bandwith but thanks!
I see.
Lot’s of negative remarks but no investigative chops.
Below is a 3 minute video of a caller to a liberal WI radio show - she can't understand how Walker got started in WI and why there are "STAND WITH WALKER" signs on lawns in poor neighborhoods. And some other "info" from the host....
Caller: How Scott Walker Made it in Wisconsin...
It will give you a smile.
I’m not a reporter I’m not a journalist and I’m not a investigator.
All I have is opinion.
My vote would go to Ted Cruz- that’s all... What more
can I say ?
I’m not required to justify Scott Walker’s presidential
ambition.
tyvm :)
I like Cruz too. I like a lot of what we have out there. No need for you to get so angry.
Oh and please don’t get me started on Ben Carson.
He’s a nice guy & gifted in neurosurgery
but he’s not presidential material either.
Allen West? YES!!
