Pres. Obama is daring Republicans to vote on whether or not his executive actions are legal.
Discussing opposition to his executive amnesty orders at an immigration town hall Wednesday, Obama said he would veto the vote because his actions are “the right thing to do”:
“So in the short term, if Mr. McConnell, the leader of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, want to have a vote on whether what I’m doing is legal or not, they can have that vote. I will veto that vote, because I’m absolutely confident that what we’re doing is the right thing to do.”
Obama argued that he has merely “expanded my authorities” – not broken any laws:
“What we’ve done is we’ve expanded my authorities under executive action and prosecutorial discretion as far as we can legally under the existing statute, the existing law. And so now the question is, how can we get a law passed.”

It still amazes me -how so many men -- accomplished men even "whiter" than obama -- have sold their souls in service to this mediocre individual.
Although elected twice, obama is truly a very shallow and unwise person.
If no one will impeach him, how about a recall election?
They just need to cut off his dang funding and that will take care of the problem.
I think the military is our last hope of dethroning this arrogant imposter. I can’t see what they are waiting for. To “protect and defend” is pretty clear to me. Our national security is in great jeopardy here and abroad and this guy is daring anyone to do anything about it. I feel threatened and don’t take threats lightly
Actually, a recall election is not a bad idea. If we can duplicate the November voting patterns, he would be toast. (Am I right? — I’m expecting to get shot down here...)

Congress should simply have a vote and declare their vote trumps any EO, then inform the jug eared clown congress has the authority to call forth the militia/the people to enforce their vote even going so far as to have him and anyone who supports him arrested.
Dare the jug eared clown to call out the military against the militia/the people to support his authority.
Game. Set. Match.
Screw impeachment.
It takes too long and he would be too dangerous to leave in office.
That’s why the Founding Fathers gave us the 2nd Amendment, but it has to be a well regulated militia and not a mob.
Until they put a check on him, it will only get worse. And the biggest way to do that is money. As long as Congress keeps getting shamed into passing these fully funded budgets, they really have no one else to blame.
Too bad the Supreme Court is just as gutless as the Republicans.
