The only real bookstore left around here is Barnes and Noble. Their selection is particularly left-wing and their history section sucks. Unless you think the history of transgendered minorities is important.

There are other outlets for books besides Amazon and AbeBooks (a subsidiary of Amazon). Biblio, Alibris or even the very useful bookfinder.com
