Yep. He is a fat headed, dickhead. Imagine being a number one draft pick and then refusing to play for the team that drafted you. Wouldn’t even put the jersey on, on draft day. I see he is still the same baby twenty plus years later.

You can criticize Lindros for a lot of things, but in my opinion that isn't one of them. He flat-out did not want to play in Quebec, and he made that very clear long before they drafted him.

There were plenty of perfectly legitimate reasons why a hockey star from Ontario wouldn't want to play in Quebec. A language barrier that bordered on hostility was one reason. Confiscatory taxes that are the highest in North America would be another.
