GUILTY
Apparently they debunked the insanity thing fairly well, as well as PTSD as he was non-combat.
Only took them a little over 2 hours to reach a verdict.
Silence on Drudge. His server is too busy dishing out ADS.
Life no parole.
I wonder, is Eddi Ray ready for the needle?
Saw the movie at the end the guy looked so much like the killer!
Glad the prosecutor in closing arguments stated that it wasn’t just about Chris Kyle, Chad Littlefield was murdered too.
He didn’t get death...Life, no parole.
Guilty
“It will be nice if some hint of motivation comes out.”
I have heard some speculation that the killer spent lots and lots of time with detainees in Iraq and became sympathetic to their cause, then went and killed the #1 sniper in the theater. Just speculation as far as I know so please don’t take it as fact.
Sadly, he can’t receive justice from behind, with no forewarning, like the murder he delivered to two heroes. I’d like it better if he was told in advance that sometime in the next 3 minutes he was going to be executed; yeah, perp, you can watch that big clock on the wall while you wait.
That's what I'm hoping for too
Guilty
Anyone want to start making bets that Obama will pardon him somehow?
There was no real motive. This guy was just another ding.
Lots of dings out there.
But of course that would vitiate it all because it would not be justice. Justice flows from God, and vengeance only after this mortal coil. It does illustrate a fallen human mindset.
It’s on Drudge...
They’ll have to watch this ding close, keep him secured, because every lumber-head in the joint will target him, just for the reputation of being the killer of the sniper guy killer.
