It’s none of my business, but Christians on FR have informed me that the United Church of Christ isn’t far from Unitarians, so one can worship, well, whatever. Wright’s “church” was nothing more than a racist black supremacist conclave. Nothing Christian about it. We pointed this out way back in 2004. The evidence, straight from their own website, was overwhelming.

Basically the Republican Party said, “Shut up.” They hated Alan Keyes far more than they disliked Barack Hussein Obama.

What would be refreshing would be for Obama—not Rev. Wright—to come out and tell us his religion. Is he still Muslim, did and when did he renounce it? And if he says he is now Christian, how so? In name only?

Seriously, would it make a difference in support or opposition to know Obama is still a Muslim? I sure wouldn’t like or dislike him any differently. Give him points maybe for finally being honest, albeit a bit late.

I think you're right as far as actual religious/spiritual belief goes.

Culturally, however, I believe he's about half Muslim, half transnational-Marxist.

What he is not, in any way, shape or form, is American.

Yes. Dare I suggest, again, that the issue wasn't whether he was a Muslim, rather the nature of the Church he embraced. Don't want to beat it to death, but if you view his actions as President relative to wealth, race, Israel they're entirely consistent with the value system of Trinity.
