I posed a question to senator Settelmeyer about any possible action that this session could take to circumvent the proposal that will appear on the ‘16 ballot. He told me that the legislature had the option to enact it as written or ignore it and if ignored it goes on the ballot as written for the IPOS/SPOS to vote on. One can almost hear the trucks from out of state warming up to bring in the tons of cash that bloomers and the mommies and the margabby kelly-giffords puppet show will be “donating” to such a fine cause. I’ve also read that I-594 in Washington is causing all sorts of issues that nobody foresaw(and the anti’s don’t care as long as there is an impediment to our rights in place). But it’s the law for now.

--thanks--that's what I was assuming-

-I haven't checked it to see what penalties would be assessed for violation---
