York County, Pennsylvania DA Kearney.

He is in his second and (unfortunately, by self choice) final term.

While I’m not a fan of the moratorium, it changes little in practice.

When was the last time we executed someone? 15 years ago?

If we could be assured that these bastards never get out it wouldn’t matter....the problem is the chance they could be released by some bleeding heart.

Just make sure these guys are found hanging in their cells.

A moratorium on the death sentence? A governor can’t usurp the rule of law. Kill these pieces of scum anyways.

It’s been a long time since the death penalty anywhere has been used enough to be a deterrant.

Guys like this puke Wolf think they are above the law. They add an extra whack to the murder victims’ families. To me, they are one tiny step above the perps. Bob

Horseshit. Why do lawful men not take matters into their own hands? Kill them anyways. Its time to stop blindly following our dear leaders orders.

All the families of victims should get together, and file a class action lawsuit against the governor. Take everything he has. Stupid sons of bitches are indirectly going to get millions killed someday. Time to put idiot “leaders” where they belong.

I agree. The fact that Mumia is still breathing goes to show how cowardly the Commonwealth is.

Then of course, they gave him a re-sentencing hearing.

At least Troy Davis got what he deserved.

Think of it as a cost saving program.

It’s always the criminal who get the pass, never the victim or the victim’s family. It’s the liberal way.

There is no lawsuit that will change this. But shame sure could. A governor has the authority to do what he has done.

The families could shame Wolf every day if they organized correctly and shame him into reversing direction.

Wolf is a political idiot being directed by the left. He's going to be a disaster for the citizens of PA.

So you want to storm the prison, beat (or kill) the guards, and lynch the convict?

I don't think you would still be a "lawful" man if you did that.

Personally, I think you would be liable for premeditated murder and subject to capital punishment. That's only if you even survived you little keyboard fantasy.

Yes. I want to storm the prison, beat and kill the guards, and lynch the convict. That’s what I said.

Obviously, you need some reading comprehension skills. I find them lacking.

When liberals want to feel morally superior to others, it doesn’t matter who gets hurt.

You post stands as history. You said it, you will have to live with it.

If I were on your jury, I would have to vote guilty in the 1st degree. But if you pleaded insanity, I could lean in that direction based on that post.

If you really are serious, you really are nuts.

Wolf is a mini-0sambo marxist/commie/socialist lowlife dirtbag-from-hell that far too many dumbassed Penn’ers dumped on us all, to “punish us for Corbett’s sins”. The next 4yrs will be real bad, as he raises gas, school, property taxes and drives fracking out of the state with an avalanche of EPA-DER-DNR-DEP-ACoE executive actions from shit-for-brains Tommie-The-Commie Wolf.
