I have heard, somewhat off the cuff, that 41 states have passed a resolution.

Only 3 states have passed the resolution, using Georgia's language, that references Mark Levin's book. Another two dozen have resolutions pending before their legislatures, but they haven't passed yet. We're not that close yet.
