The New York Working Families Party, born out of the infamous and disbanded ACORN empire, has endorsed her.

They could give her their line, whether she's running or not. The New York courts have ruled that the electors, not the candidates, are the legal parties-in-interest. If the WFP can find enough electors who are willing to accept their nomination, they can field a full slate of Warren electors.

Which is infinitely worse than getting an ambassador and 3 others killed in Benghazi.
