Waiting for race baiters to claim that, see, they indict a brother for expressing righteous indignation and outrage over the Brown shooting injustice, but they won’t indict the white cop who shoot Brown for no reason. I remember this guy from previous news articles. The little scumbag is apparently a professional agitator, and was probably working hand-in-hand with those "Protest Marshalls" the DOJ sent down there to "coach" the protestors.

I'm betting the federal charges are because DOJ wants to keep control of the case, and who talks to the press about what.
