Thanks for the reminder. I forgot why I quit going there. My wife and I used to stop there, especially on long trips. No more.

Dumb question...
When they did this, did they post armed security at the doors to enforce this ban? Or just put up a stupid decal on the door?

” Shares of Panera Bread dropped...”

So what’s the per-slice cost now?

I like their food.

Didn't know they banned guns. I've never seen a sign.

Very good iced tea, good coffee, expensive but good blueberry muffins. Entrees kind of pricey and not much in the way of hot food. I stopped going there as well.

Didn’t some of them start letting people pay whatever they wanted for their product?

How is that working out?

Aren’t these the morons who piloted the “pay on the honor system what it’s worth to you”?

Besides that (if that weren't enough), their business model has gone to crap. The bakery variety has been cut almost in half, and the sandwiches are now pitiful.

Panera blows. Overpriced and undersized, IMO.

The company said business investments, higher medical costs and increased minimum wages will squeeze its profit margins and that earnings per share could decline in 2015.

....I'd guess you Panera Bread could blame Odinga for that..........We shall see if they do. Doubt it...

I remember when they “asked” people with guns to stay out.

I stayed out, and have no intention of going back.

Any of those feeding facilities want to ban guns?

Let me know in advance so I know where not to go.

I try to eat there a few times a month. Their Asian Salad is incredible with a steak and cheese panini. Hopefully they just had a bad quarter. Many places go back and forth. I doubt they are going anywhere anytime soon.

If you are serious about not stepping foot into places that ban guns then you need to ensure that you don't go into these many stores and eateries. Also add Sonic and Chipole while you are add it....they are new to the gun bans.

(company banned guns...how's that working?)

Has got nothing to do with the poor outlook.

Face it, virtually all corporations are adopting liberal positions to one degree or another.

Breakfast sandwich selections are decidedly “Un-Southern” though.

Not sure what kind of chesse that is and the “meat” sure aint like any sausage I grew up eating. Bleeck.
